**Make it a group session by clicking "add-ons"** This trauma-informed, restorative energy session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and receive what your system needs most, without effort or analysis. As you lie down comfortably, you’ll be taken on a musical journey that gently guides your body through deeper brainwave states, creating the ideal internal conditions for your body’s natural healing process. I facilitate the flow of Prana Shakti and guide it through your energetic pathways and energy centers (chakras). This energy knows where to go. It works on multiple levels of your being — physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual — gently clearing stagnation, and supporting the unobstructed flow of life force. During the session, you may experience sensations such as spontaneous movement, waves of emotion, lightness, laughter, tears, inner visuals, or simply a deep sense of rest. Each experience is unique and perfect for where you are. The real transformation continues after the session, as your system integrates the energy work. This work supports your natural healing process, increases vitality, expands your consciousness and deepens your connection to your divine essence — supporting you in navigating life with greater awareness, ease, and presence. Please wear comfortable clothing and ensure you’ll be in a quiet, distraction-free space for the duration of the session. You’ll be lying down, so feel free to have a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that supports your comfort. To deepen your experience, eye masks and earphones are highly recommended. Your camera must remain ON for the entire session in order for me to guide the energy properly and support your best as the process unfolds. If your camera is off, the session will be canceled without refund.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy No refunds will be provided for missed appointments, dissatisfaction with the session, or late arrivals. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
