Service Description
This gentle energy session is for beloved pets who are experiencing shifts in behavior due to fear, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Whether your animal companion is navigating physical symptoms, emotional distress, or simply feels “off,” this session offers support on both an energetic and intuitive level. Once booked, I’ll reach out to request a few clear photos of your pet, preferably with visible eyes. This helps me establish a connection ahead of our session so that, ideally, your pet knows what to expect. Our session will be scheduled for 60 minutes, though the energy work typically takes no more than 20–30 minutes. Animals are naturally more grounded and can transmute energy more quickly. You may notice significant positive changes in your pet’s overall demeanor, behavior, or emotional state within days. While this work often brings immediate relief, it may not “solve” the issue completely. Like humans, animals benefit from ongoing support, especially when dealing with deeper or chronic challenges.

Terms & Conditions for Pet Energy Work Sessions By booking a Pet Energy Session with Andrea Martino / Seralma, you agree to the following terms: 1. Not a Substitute for Veterinary Care This session is not a replacement for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice for animals. If your pet is experiencing acute distress or a medical emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately. 2. Booking Requirements Prior to your session, you must provide clear photos of your pet with visible eyes in order to establish energetic connection. If the photo is not received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session may be canceled or rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion. 3. Session Parameters Sessions are scheduled for up to 60 minutes. The energy work portion may be shorter (often 20–30 minutes), depending on the pet’s needs and response. Because animals must consent to energy work, it’s possible a pet may not engage. If this happens, we can either reschedule or issue a refund. Your pet’s well-being and energetic readiness are always prioritized. 4. Confidentiality & Respect All information shared is kept confidential and handled with care. If any session details are shared publicly (e.g., for education or marketing), they will only be used with your explicit permission. The practitioner maintains the right to decline or terminate a session if the environment is disrespectful, unsafe, or misaligned with the intended purpose of the session. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Sessions are non-refundable unless the pet is unwilling or unable to engage with the energy work. You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to comply with intake requirements (e.g., missing photos) will result in cancellation without refund. 6. Scope of Results While most clients observe positive shifts in their pets’ energy or behavior, results are not guaranteed. Energy work supports the natural healing process but does not guarantee permanent resolution. Recurrence of symptoms or behaviors may occur, especially if the pet is re-exposed to triggers or deeper root causes remain unaddressed. 7. Ongoing Care & Responsibility You remain fully responsible for your pet’s health, safety, and well-being. Follow-up or maintenance sessions may be recommended for ongoing support, but the decision to continue is solely yours.
