Service Description
This 60-minute session is for those feeling stuck or ready for a shift. You’ll lie down or sit comfortably as I tune into your energetic field and Akashic Records. I facilitate the release of foreign or stagnant energy from your auric field and energetic body, and can also I support soul fragment retrieval and integration when needed. You will receive insights into the energy I see moving as I go, and the areas of your life it is connected to. The effects of the work may unfold gradually; some changes integrate in days, others over months. I usually offer a general time frame so you know what to expect. Clients often feel relaxed and at peace post-session. They tend to notice opportunities, clarity, or energetic shifts in the days and weeks that follow. This is a chance to clear what no longer fits and make room for what does.

However, each person’s experience is unique. There is no guarantee of receiving specific outcomes, answers, insights, or healing effects. 3. Personal Responsibility Your participation is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any information or experience received during the session. 4. Confidentiality & Consent All sessions are strictly confidential. Nothing will be recorded, shared, or used for content without your prior, informed consent. If a session is ever requested for educational or promotional use, you will have opportunity to approve or deny and may remain anonymous. Your identity will always be protected unless you expressly allow otherwise, or unless disclosure is required by law. 5. Refund & Rescheduling Policy No refunds will be provided for missed appointments, dissatisfaction with the session, or late arrivals. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. A refund will only be issued if Andrea must reschedule and you choose not to move forward. 6. Energy Work Disclaimer Energy work can bring up emotional, physical, or energetic sensations. This is a complementary modality and not a form of medical treatment. You understand you are participating at your own discretion and risk. 7. Liability Waiver By booking, you agree to release and hold harmless Andrea Martino, Seralma, and all affiliated entities from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from your participation in this session, now or in the future.
